Just Friends - Visual Novel

Just Friends is a Visual Novel that started as a small project that should have ended long ago. It was meant to be just a prototype for creating other VNs afterward, but the project got so big and interesting that looked like it would be a shame not to be developed into a full VN.  Aiden is a human who works hard and has too little time for himself, but suddenly he got the chance to spend a few days in a very beautiful resort to do whatever he pleases but work. During his time in a place where he never intended to be but was somehow thrown into it, will he find a good time or just waste his time away? Go with Aiden to this resort, live through his eyes what will happen in this short but very interesting chapter of his life, and maybe forge connections with people he never thought it would be possible for him to have in his life! Just Friends is an ongoing project on  Just Friends Patreon . The project has public releases here every three to four months, if you want monthly content you need to become a tier 2+ patron.  Current Public Build: Version 0.61.1.35 Current Patron Build: Version 0.85.0.46 Next Public Updates: Build 0.63.0.35 - September 2026 Build 0.64.0.35 - November 2026 Build 0.65.0.35 -December 25th 2026  Build 0.67.1.35 - February 2027 Important Notes: Public Builds are older builds released far in the past for Patrons. Any bugs found in these builds cannot be fixed, unless they are gamebreaking issues, you'll have to endure. Game breaking issues will be replaced by another build if found and reported. For all effects, you can try older save files into newer builds however there's chances of crashes, so always start a new game on a new update. There is a failsafe in Just Friends but I don't remember when it was coded in 3.5. Only PATREON SUPPORTERS can get the most recent builds AND monthly updates. MAC and ANDROID versions of the game are not available for Just Friends. MAC because I need to actually buy a machine and a license to test in that system and it's too expensive for someone who's barely making 200 bucks monthly with this project while working alone in it, and ANDROID because android builds only started being properly developed in the Godot 4 version of the game.  I tried to push Android versions of the Godot 3 but they just don't work properly and it's too much work to make them work on an older engine. If you need an Android Version of Just Friends, consider becoming a Patron at Tier 2+. The android version of Just Friends is only available on Builds of Godot 4 version of the game, which for now, are Patreon only. If you want a Cheat Sheet for the game, Tier 2+ patrons always have access to the most recent ones (I update it once every year for patrons).
